We need help with the following events. Simply submit your name and activity(s) through the links below to sign up. 

• Trail Crew - Trail work time is here and we always need help.  With all the rain this summer, brush growth has been incredible. Call or email Steve Dudley at 207-864-5919 if you have any time to work and enjoy a few hours outside.  We are focusing this year on brushing projects so as long as you have a partner for safety purposes, we can send you out to work at a convenience site whenever you have free time. 

 

• Needed Items -

Have an older enclosed snowmobile trailer you may consider donating?  We really need one to get our work sleds out for trail work without getting them covered with slush and road grit.  Even if it needs some work, we will be grateful.

Got an old but working desktop copier you no longer want?  We need it at the Barn.

 

• SNODEO - We need volunteers to give us a few hours during Snodeo Weekend. This is a major fundraiser that puts a lot of money into our trail grooming fund.  If your are interested in helping out during SNODEO, submit your name and we will contact you about which event you can cover.

   

  • Photographer - Every year, newspapers call us looking for Snodeo pictures and we have very few simply because most of the officers are too busy during Snodeo to go out and take photos. This is important for future publicity.
  • Black Jack and Poker Dealers (2 hours only)
  • Selling Poker Chips (2 hours only)
  • General help
  • Poker Run
  • Radar Run
  • Obstacle course (we need help for a couple of hours on 1/21 setting up a course)
  • Preparation of Race Course
     

• Business Meeting Dinners - Help us prepare a meal for one of the monthly business meetings. Submit your name and date you would like do (see Events for the schedule and meeting place details).
